Dino Copses, a culinary enthusiast with a background in cooking and restaurants, wrote most of the dining guide restaurant reviews. When Dino is not thinking about food and trying out restaurants he is a pediatrician.

Robert P. Stockton is an adjunct professor of history at the College of Charleston, a consultant in architectural and historical research, and a prolific writer on Lowcountry themes.

Aram Stith is a musician and surfer who also designs graphics. He helps us out in lots of ways especially by designing our ads and offering technical support when needed.

Matt and Ted Lee don’t need much of an introduction these days. They are the authors of The Lee Bros. Southern Cookbook and of a new cookbook, Simple Fresh Southern.
