This breezily shabby bar on the water is part of City Marina life and lore and attracts an intriguing hodgepodge of med students, preppy locals, and hardened mariners; its crowds range from mellow and sparse on some weeknights to brisk and large on certain other others, particularly those of official party celebrations.
