This casual but upscale brasserie serves an outstanding Roquefort burger and irresistible sea-salted frites— fiery moutarde, si vous voulez. The mussels can be prepared with a number of different broths—dipping with crusty bread is de rigueur. NY strip au poivre works every time. Sushi for those with that fancy as well.
