Owner and milliner Leigh Magar’s fastidiously made creations fit all the requirements for couture but have a less serious feel. Her designs have been written about frequently in national magazines and sell at Barney’s of New York, Tokyo’s Isetan, at Parrot Cay on Turks & Caicos, and her little shop which has just moved to Cannon Street.
